If you like light sweet, women's fiction with a big helping of romance, you'll be sure to love Annie Hoff books. The latest, Secondhand Love, will be available from Dream River Press soon.
Zoe Markham thinks love is dangerous. Uttering the words I love you is a sure way to have your heart run over and crushed. The column she writes for New York Today is testimony—each week a relationship that ended in heartbreak is featured.
When Derek Streeter, a young cooking student with a passion for bowling, comes into her life, Zoe hopes her ideas on love might be wrong. He is, after all, a great guy, sweet and kind, with a smile sexy enough to make her melt into a puddle. But when her best friends, Bella and Henry, break up after a long engagement, Zoe’s beliefs on love are tripped up again.
Zoe does everything in her power to get Bella and Henry back together. In the process, she discovers love can surprise you and find you when you least expect it. And that true love is worth the risk.
Readers who enjoyed Georgette Alden Starts Over will recognize a few of the characters in Secondhand Love, too.

One of the goals for this new imprint is to take some of my older titles, polish them up a little, and bring them back to you. To that end, I've been working on The Whisper of Time, a novella I wrote a few years back. It's the same story, with a bit of extra editing, and a brand new pretty cover. I hope to have it out to you again, shortly. Watch this space.
